I started in code. I can read the system, talk to engineers as peers, and make the tradeoff call without needing a translator. That kind of trust is hard to fake and it changes how fast a team can move.

Platform builder

I built the connective tissue at Procore that let hundreds of partners build on top of the product, taking the API from 50 to 1,500 endpoints and launching an App Marketplace from scratch. I know what it takes to turn a product into a platform.

Every side of the table

At Procore I built the platform as a PM. As a Solutions Architect I consumed it, building integrations for Fortune 100 clients. At Workato I built the embedded iPaaS that external ISVs built on top of. Most PMs see one side. I have lived all three, and that shapes how I design for producers, consumers, and partners at once.

Customer-close

I have sat with Fortune 100 engineering teams, run discovery, written SOWs, and turned ambiguous customer pain into real product decisions. Field experience changes how you hear a problem. I know the difference between what a customer says they need and what they are actually asking for.

I use AI to compress the loop from customer conversation to working prototype. What used to take a scoping doc and two weeks of back and forth I can now test in the field the same day.
