Procore Technologies

Where it started. I joined as engineer #17 in 2012, was handpicked from engineering to become founding PM on the Developer Platform, and led Procore's product-to-platform transition from a bare MVP API — building the developer ecosystem, App Marketplace, and partner network that helped power its path to IPO.

Founding PM, Developer Platform & Ecosystem
The product-to-platform transition, from MVP API to a full developer ecosystem.
Aug 2015 — Dec 2017
  • Acted as Group PM across 15 R&D squads, driving an API-first culture and roadmap influence without formal authority.
  • Launched the Developer Portal — 71% adoption among 2,000+ customers, with SDKs, docs, sandboxes & partner certification.
  • Launched the App Marketplace with Microsoft, DocuSign & Salesforce — 2x listings YoY (25→100+), cutting churn up to 10x when customers used 3+ integrations.
  • Expanded the API from ~50 to 1,500+ endpoints; initiated the Webhooks program & API Betas (40+ partners → Webhooks GA 2018).
  • Owned the Financials Exchange (FX) API & Procore Connect — 30 enterprise ERP integrations totaling $6M TAV.
Technical Solutions Architect
The field-facing bridge between enterprise customers and product/engineering.
Jan 2018 — Aug 2020
  • Managed integration success for Fortune 100 & ENR 100 clients across $35M TAV — SOWs for 60 clients spanning SAP, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, CMiC, Viewpoint Vista & Sage.
  • Identified & defined a standard Sage integration product — a ~$30M revenue opportunity — from customer adoption patterns.
  • Supported pre-sales by translating technical integration solutions on sales calls, helping close deals through clear solution positioning.
  • Advocated for clients with PMs to ship Webhooks, Service Accounts & key API endpoints — 100% retention.
