Senior PM with 10+ years building B2B SaaS from 0-to-1 through scale. I started as an engineer and moved into product, which means I earn trust on both sides of the table without trying.
I was engineer #17 at Procore. Eight years later I had helped take it from startup to IPO, spending the back half as founding PM on the Developer Platform, building the API ecosystem and App Marketplace from scratch.
Most PMs have seen one side of a platform. I have built one as PM, consumed it as a Solutions Architect serving Fortune 100 clients, and embedded it as an ISV partner at Workato. Ten years of the same problem from three different angles changes how you think about design.
My career has centered on one pattern: customer-driven discovery and getting closest to the customer. At Workato I served as the Voice of the Customer for the embedded platform, influencing roadmaps I did not own. At Texada I was brought in as the first Service PM to transform a custom shop into a product-led organization.
I am most useful when the problem is real, the scope is fuzzy, and there is no perfect plan. I have spent time in support, customer success, and field roles, and that experience gives me an empathy for post-sales teams that most PMs never develop. I think about revenue growth, cost reduction, and customer retention at the same time. Not as competing priorities, but as the same problem.

Going deep on how to make AI agents reliable enough to ship to real users.
I can read the code and make the tradeoff. Credibility with the people building is half the job.
The best product decisions come from sitting with users, not from a backlog. Forward-deployed by instinct.
Real software in real hands beats a perfect plan. I'd rather learn from v1 than polish a deck.
